Your job

As a Business Developer/Analyst, you support the teams within DIAL Engineering on topics spanning across the DIAL Applications.

You will:

• Investigate situations and analyse problems on complex topics involving multiple parts of the Data Landscape.
• Identify, and document requirements for different DIAL Applications and Solutions.
• Support the application teams in delivering necessary requirements.
• Support the application teams in technical design and validate against stakeholder requirements.
• Support IT Lead and Product Owners in roadmap creation, program increment plannings and stakeholder demos.

Working environment

DIAL (Digital Integration & Access Layer) is the enterprise-wide data distribution platform within ABN AMRO's Enterprise Data Lake Department. Data providers (e.g. Data Owners, Application Owners of Golden Sources) bring their data to this platform so that data consumers (e.g. Data Users, Applications Owners of Consuming Sources) can use this data in a governed and compliant manner to deliver business value.

DIAL consists of multiple teams and applications contributing to the whole chain serving the Data Providers and Data Consumers.

You will be part of a value proposition team of Business Developers/Analysts of the Enterprise Data Lake Department. Together you will support us in our pivotal role within the Data Platform Strategy.

Your profile

You are a practical thinker, a do-er, whose behaviour reflects the culture principles of courage, care and collaboration. As Business Analyst, you easily make connections and effortlessly substantiate your analyses in accessible language. You like to take responsibility, are strong in the cooperation with a group of professionals and you help DIAL move further. You work in a structured manner and are not averse to the operational tasks associated with the role.

• You have experience as a business analyst for one or multiple teams
• You have knowledge of and experience with agile working
• You have experience with investigating complex processes
• You have experience in roadmap creation, planning, presentation skills and stakeholder management
• You have experience to learn and work in a technical ecosystem
• You feel at home in a demanding environment where change is the order of the day
• You are a team player
• HBO / WO thinking and working level
• You master the English language in word and writing

We are offering

• The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
• The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
• Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
• Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
• Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
• An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
