You are in charge of bank-wide change initiatives at one of the leading organisations in Europe when it comes to Agile transformations at scale, called “Simplify@Scale” (S@S). This is Rabobank’s scaled Agile operating model to create and maintain products and services.
As a S@S Organisation Design & Governance consultant you are responsible for the (re-)design of the operating model for our Domains and Tribes. Additionally, you further develop our Agile framework and governance to ensure a bank-wide operating model that is simple, uniform and effective. You work in multi-disciplinary teams including senior management, HR and other disciplines to get from idea-to-decision-making in a structured way. In doing so, you contribute to the acceleration of the digital transformation of the bank and providing better products & services to clients.

The 12 Consultants and Enterprise Agile Coaches in the S@S Chapter ensure a well-functioning Simplify@Scale Agile Operating Model. This Chapter has recently gone through a transformation itself, which provides new opportunities for the team to (re)develop our team and expertise. In collaboration with the Agile Coaches within the Domains they ensure a thorough implementation of the framework within the bank.
