Senior Back-End Software Developer Innovation

Job Description

Make an impact as Senior Back-End Developer contributing to the success of our cloud-based platform that supports world-wide data collection and algorithm development together with clinical partners. In a small and skilled multidisciplinary team, you will further develop the platform back end, defining new solutions for clinical challenges, and having the chance to shape the future of clinical interventions and improve patients’ lives.

Your role:

  • Bring our cloud-based DICOM-data warehouse to the next level, making it ready to handle next wave of machine learning.
  • Own the definition of new software tools and drive development activities with an enthusiastic & skilled project team of software engineers
  • Work together with clinical customers, clinical scientists, designers and others in understanding customer needs and translating these into technical requirements

You’re the right fit if:

  • You hold a BSc or MSc in Computer Science.
  • You are an expert in C++, including C++ 20, with a minimum of 5 years working experience
  • Experience with the DICOM data format is a plus
  • Strong affinity with web technologies like web assembly or web sockets is a plus
  • Experience with cloud technologies like Kubernetes, AWS, combined with low latency applications is a plus.
  • You have an innovators mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience in the clinical domain, particularly minimally invasive treatment, is a plus.
