As our Content & Social Media Specialist B2B, you’ll own and execute our social content & social media strategy, positioning FeedbackFruits as a thought leader in pedagogy-driven learning design. Your role will be to amplify and repurpose our content to drive engagement across LinkedIn and educational communities, fostering discussions, increasing brand awareness and ensuring high-impact social conversations.

This role expands FeedbackFruits' brand presence by driving engagement on LinkedIn and industry platforms, positioning us as the go-to authority in pedagogy-driven learning design. Through strategic social content and active audience-building, you will foster meaningful discussions, amplify thought leadership and strengthen brand credibility. Success will be measured by increased engagement rates, audience growth and social mentions, ultimately deepening industry relationships and driving long-term awareness in EdTech.

🎯 About the job:

Social Content Strategic Planning (30%)

  • Own the social content strategy and calendar, ensuring alignment with overarching content pillars, campaigns and audience engagement goals.

  • Grow and engage LinkedIn and educational communities (e.g., EDUCAUSE, POD Network) through targeted content and discussions.

  • Optimize content for maximum engagement, leveraging platform best practices, data insights and audience behavior to refine content and increase impact.

Copy, Content & Engagement (40%)

  • Write short, high-impact copy that simplifies complex ideas into engaging content for social posts, emails, blogs and web pages.

  • Repurpose long-form content (reports, e-books and webinars) into engaging, short-form content tailored for LinkedIn and industry communities.

  • Ensure timely and consistent publication of content across social channels.

  • Engage in real-time interactions and collaborate with customer success and sales to connect with key accounts, drive conversations and boost advocacy and sales.

  • Experiment with diverse content formats (text posts, video snippets, polls, infographics) to optimize audience engagement.

  • Streamline content production, developing workflows, guidelines and processes for efficiency and consistency.

Performance Measurement & Optimization (10%)

  • Track and analyze audience growth and engagement across platforms to refine social content strategies.

  • Optimize social content performance through testing, analytics and audience insights.

Your experience:

Scale-ups offer exciting growth opportunities but require adaptability and creativity. You will thrive in this role if you bring a passion for education, a relation-driven mindset and the ability to turn insights into impactful engagement strategies.

You have:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media, community management or content marketing in B2B SaaS, preferably in education or learning design-related fields.

  • Proven track record of growing engagement on LinkedIn & industry communities..

  • Strong copy writing & communication skills – You know how to craft compelling copy, social posts & spark discussions.

  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Insights, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and CMS tools (eg Webflow).

  • Passion for education, learning design or pedagogy-driven content.

  • Ability to repurpose long-form content (eg webinars, e-books, use cases, reports) into bite-sized, engaging blogs and posts.

  • Bonus: Experience in LinkedIn employer advocacy, email writing or linkedIn advertising.
