M&A Senior Associate

Conclusion is looking for a Senior Associate M&A. The Senior Associate M&A will report to the Director M&A and Integration and will work closely with the business, the finance and legal director, and NPM Capital. The Senior Associate M&A is responsible for:

• Corporate development and strategic analysis

• Managing advisors and supporting due diligence processes

• Process and stakeholder management of M&A trajectories

• Modeling and structuring investments (regarding transaction structures and valuation)

• Identifying and analyzing new (international) acquisition opportunities

• Preparing investment memoranda for the Supervisory Board and shareholder

• Supporting acquisition and growth strategies of the existing labels within the Conclusion ecosystem

• Coordinating onboarding/100-day integration plans

• Professionalizing the M&A process

Jouw vaardigheden

• 4-7 years of work experience at an investment bank, M&A boutique, or private equity firm

• A university degree in finance, economics, or engineering

• Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment

• Flexible team player with strong communication skills

• Strong analytical skills with above-average academic results (pre-university level)

• Business sense and curiosity

• Proficiency in Dutch required, German is a plus

• Affinity with and/or interest in IT and digital transformation is a plus
