You are part of Domain Architecture team of Financial Markets in Innovation & Technology Wealth Management & Corporate Banking (I&T WM&CB). As a domain architect, you are a real connector and you drive solutions for your domain by adhering to the bank’s strategy “to be a personal bank in a digital age”.

Your job

• Architect

As a Domain Architect, you are responsible for the IT architecture of the value cluster Financial Markets. You will have a strong focus on aspects such as user experience, business, IT processes and technology. You oversee the architecture development, control & governance.

You are a real connector and you put out clear solution content for delivery colleagues to refer and follow. You deliver Solution Intent through technical expertise, long-term vision, product knowledge and soft skills that ensures simplifications and improvements to onboard future changes easily.

• Strategize, Lead & Innovate

You are a trusted partner to the Grid leadership team including IT, product leadership teams and enterprise architects. You drive the architecture of your domain, bring fresh ideas to the table and push boundaries of what’s possible with the technology. You focus on long-term thinking and creating a roadmap for your domain and work towards future state architecture.

• Collaborate & Mentor

Working in collaboration with other Domain Architects of the grid, you provide consultancy, deliver architecture artifacts, mentor & guide System Architects who are part of agile teams (blocks).

You communicate, socialize your ideas and collaborate with other grids when solutions scope crosses boundaries of Financial Markets.

Your profile

A university degree is preferred as well as 5+ years relevant work experience in an IT architecture/Solution Design/Software Engineering roles. You have an affinity towards architecture with a thorough understanding of Application & Data Architecture.

It would be great if you have

• Understanding of Financial Markets (Foreign Exchange, Capital Markets, Fixed Income and Derivatives, Treasury) or Previous experience in Financial Sector
• Experience with Cloud based architecture (Microsoft Azure offerings/services)
• Experience with architecture and modelling languages/Frameworks (Archimate/ TOGAF)
• Experience with setting up of architecture governance, reference architectures, standards and guidelines
• Strong consulting mindset, communication, articulation and documentation skills
• Stakeholder management skills
