Key about the role

  • Collaborate and Create: Work closely with our Product Owner, Business Analysts, Development team, and customers to tackle everything from analyzing bugs to requirements of new feature development.
  • Innovate and Investigate: Dive into self-driven analyzing and investigations, tackling the challenges of our complex application with the support of a fantastic team that’s always up for bouncing ideas around.

  • Flexible Processes: We adapt our processes to what makes the most sense, keeping things practical and efficient.

Key about your team

In the Structure & Policy Changes team, we focus on product setup and configuration, handling key policy changes that policyholders experience throughout their lives. Whether it's changing covers, contributions, agreements, or beneficiaries, we're on it! Our team is packed with highly dedicated software experts who are cooperative and eager to do their best for our customers and each other. Our team is dynamic; fostering a collaborative culture where everyone’s input is valued.

We’re a team of 24, split into two scrum teams. Half of us is based in Copenhagen, and the other half in Hyderabad, India. Despite the distance, we work closely and support each other every step of the way. You'll be part of a dynamic, innovative team that loves tackling challenges and making a real impact.
