You will be part of an international network of experts, obsessed with brand consistency, and safeguarding it across all Decathlon channels and assets. Your main focus will be managing our identity in the Netherlands, guaranteeing our local relevance on any type of content and store experience. You can expect innovation and sustainability to play a major role in your actions.
With the launch of the new Decathlon brand id platform, you will lead the team of designers, art director and project manager in adopting, adapting, creating, and guaranteeing the local implementation and consistency - on brand, time and within budget. Within the Netherlands Marketing team, you will work in close collaboration with central teams, local business teams as well as external parties to define the best 360 and integrated plans, and implement them. Your objective is to support creatively the development of our Brand presence and make the most of its voice and positioning. Thanks to you the creative team will be autonomous and develop their skills in a mindful and stimulating environment.
