Modality Sales Specialist AM&D International Markets

The Modality Sales Specialist has the opportunity to drive new business opportunities for Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D) International Markets (part of the Monitoring Cluster). In this role, you predominantly focus on the growth of the Diagnostic Cardiology Solutions (DCS) business in UK&I, Nordics and Benelux. You create and implement this growth strategy, for which you work closely together with customers, our indirect channel partners and local market organizations. In this role, you also contribute to the go-to-market strategy for ePatch and Cardiologs. This means that you conduct analyses of health systems, market sizes, reimbursement landscapes, and competition.

As such, you drive multiple new business initiatives, gather marketing intelligence, drive projects, compose value propositions and create business models to assess the feasibility of these new opportunities. You feel challenged in a landscape of activities that range from conceptual thinking and financial analyses to hands-on deal-making with strategic business partners and customers. You act as an entrepreneur within a professional, innovative and well-reputed healthcare organization with virtually unlimited possibilities.

In the scope of Diagnostic Cardiology Solutions, you are responsible for

  • Maximizing Order Intake, Margin, Market Share and Customer Satisfaction for the AM&D modalities and related business solutions
  • Funnel visibility and quality for UKI, Nordics and Benelux including forecast accuracy, installed-base protection and win/loss analyses
  • Formulate AM&D sales strategy for UKI, Nordics and Benelux
  • Formulate and drive local product marketing plan with alignment to International AM&D activities
  • Develop and manage Key Opinion Leaders with support of Local Business Team
  • Provide Sales support for potential opportunities including providing product and clinical presentations
  • Provide support to Account Managers and Channel Partners on Product Configurations, NPIs and Competitive Intelligence
  • Perform Win-loss Analysis and to collect/update market intelligence
  • Coordinate technical, business and clinical application team support with the local business team to ensure sustainable good customer experience
  • Developing and executing the go-to-market plan for AM&D.
  • Working with the Business to ensure perfect New Product Introductions and Launches.
  • Engaging with Global/Market Team to develop the most enterprise-wide solutions.
  • Driving the development of workflow consultancy skills of relevant stakeholders of AM&D, to strengthen Philips’ ability to support customers in improving their operational and clinical outcomes.
  • Understanding the diagnostic ECG landscape, through the analysis of competition, customer needs, trends, technological innovation and reimbursement.
  • Supporting the Business by providing inputs (incl. market insights and trends, business model options, etc.) and reviewing the value proposition and global plans/roadmaps in the product development phase.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant
  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in sales, product management, marketing, and customer success management. Medical industry preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in working with channel partners on sales growth, preferably in the healthcare space
  • Business proficient in English. Excellent oral and written communication skills including making impactful presentations
  • A structured, conceptual thinker, with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with working in a cross-functional team and a strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
