Rituals is offering two exciting internship opportunities within our S&OP Team and Supply Chain E-Commerce Team at our Head Office in Amsterdam, starting in July and September 2025.

S&OP Internship:

Join the S&OP team at Rituals Head Office in Amsterdam starting July 2025! As an intern, you will play a key role in the monthly S&OP process, collaborating with sales channels (Retail, Digital, Wholesale and Travel), marketing, and innovation teams to ensure the best demand forecast for all products.

This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience, work with multiple departments, improve stakeholder management skills, and deepen analytical capabilities. The dynamic environment of Rituals means that you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously. We are looking for a highly organized individual who can manage multiple tasks with ease.

PURPOSE OF THE INTERNSHIP

As an intern you are highly involved in daily operations and projects and will support the creation of forecasting for Promotional activities

  • You will support the Sr. S&OP commercial planner to calculate demand volumes, data driven analyses and presentations.
  • You will work together with multiple departments to collect required business drivers and validate inputs from our business stakeholders.
  • You will analyze and review forecasting accuracy monthly in collaboration with the lines of business
  • You will work together with other stakeholders within supply chain to handover the FC volumes in order to make sure the right volumes will be purchased and replenished to the specific channels.

This leads to an exciting balance between analytical skills and stakeholder management based on strong relations. You will report to the Sr. S&OP Commercial planner and are part of the S&OP team within the Supply Chain department.

Supply Chain E-Commerce Internship:

As a Supply Chain E-Commerce intern you are involved in e-commerce supply chain related daily operations and projects.

Think of examples like:

  • Roll-out new marketplaces in Europe & China
  • Ownership of one of our global warehouses
  • Setup the CO2 footprint reporting
  • Key user of our monitoring dashboard Splunk
  • Define operating procedures for warehouse excellence
  • Support data driven working by analysing operational performance and quality reports

It is a varied internship, so no day is the same. Within this internship there is room for a lot of personal input, and we expect a high degree of independence.

You collaborate with our Webshop team, Marketing, Planning, Customer Relations and Finance team. You reach out to external suppliers to collect relevant performance data and work together with Business Technology on further improvements of our Omni-Channel tools. Both internal-and external stakeholder management is a huge part of your job.

During this internship you are a part of the Supply Chain E-commerce team which is responsible for coordinating daily fulfilment operations of our global Omni-Channel orders and projects for improving e-commerce services. Due to the dynamic environment of Rituals, there are many tasks and projects that can be tackled during your internship. The person we seek is able to keep track on many things at the same time.

Qualifications S&OP Internship:

  • To apply for this internship, you must be currently enrolled in an HBO/University study with focus on Business Economics, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management;
  • You are available as of July 2025 for 5 to 6 months, minimum 4 days a week
  • You have strong stakeholder and communication management capabilities;
  • You have strong analytical, planning and organizing skills;
  • You have a good command of the English language and Dutch is a pré (spoken and written);

Qualifications Supply Chain E-Commerce Internship:

To be eligible for this internship you must be currently enrolled in a Dutch HBO/University and living in the Netherlands. The internship period starts per September 2025 for 5 or 6 months). Do you also recognize yourself in the bullet points below? Then don’t hesitate and apply!

  • You are currently studying Logistics or Supply Chain Management
  • You have strong stakeholder, communication and relationship management capabilities
  • You have strong analytical skills and advanced experience in Excel
  • You are eager to learn, you are able to think out-of-the-box and curious to investigate and provide further continuous improvements to existing processes
  • You have affinity with IT systems and will quickly master key systems such as ERP, OMS & TMS
