A salary in scale 8 or scale 9 could be applicable to this vacancy. This is highly depending on your experience and a comparison with the peers working in the same role.
As D&A Academy Specialist, you will work in a dynamic environment where all data, analytics, and AI learnings are developed for Rabobank Group. This role is focused around developing e-learnings which has a significant impact as you focus on learnings for all Rabobank colleagues. You will collaborate with our other D&A Academy Specialists and Development Consultants to create attractive and informative e-learnings. Together with the D&A Academy and Development Centre, you will play a vital role in the data-driven enterprise that Rabobank is and aspires to be.
Your and your job
Imagine that the e-learning you have developed is now available to more than forty thousand colleagues globally. During the development, you were the pivotal element in creating this learning. Together with the business, you devised creative solutions to make it as interactive and accessible as possible. You utilized your excellent collaboration skills to set up hybrid meetings with subject matter experts such as AI Officers and Learning and Development professionals.
You will not only be involved in the development of data and AI e-learnings but also in designing and creating the didactic design. You will ensure that content, didactics, and creativity come together perfectly in one deliverable that is both fun and informative. For this, you will also need project management and stakeholder management skills.
Example of what your work could look like
Although nothing is set in stone, this is what your work might look like. To create the best possible learning intervention, you set up a MIRO board where your stakeholders can collaborate and brainstorm while scoping the learning during the design phase. This helps you gather input and collect all the necessary requirements to proceed. You facilitate meetings and use your expertise to guide subject matter experts. After several meetings, you use PowerPoint to design a mock-up version and Figma to build a wireframe, which you can showcase during the next meeting. Your storytelling and presentation skills convince your audience that this is the way to go. After a thorough stakeholder review, and of course implementing the feedback, you start building the module in Articulate 360 Storyline. Once completed, reviewed (again), and tested (again and again), you play a vital role in implementing it into the Workday learning management system. Your learning intervention is now ready for forty thousand Rabobank employees worldwide to enjoy. Congratulations on a job well done and on to the next one!
