High-growth scaleup looking for an experienced digital marketer to help build the future of B2B Commerce.

The Role

Orderchamp is seeking a full-time digital marketer to join our marketing team in Amsterdam. You will be the voice of Orderchamp: producing multimedia content for our blog, website, and social media. You have a customer-first approach and can create content that delivers value for our B2B clients, whilst driving retention and lead generation for our various wholesale solutions.

As the digital marketer, you will be responsible for building and delivering on content strategies for various online channels. Whether it’s creating & optimizing lead-generating landing pages, growing an online community, or writing educational blog posts, you know how to find the right angle and track the impacts of your actions. We are looking for someone with a data-driven approach with experience using AI automation tools in aiding to produce simple content and executing basic tasks. Not only can you create meaningful content through storytelling, but you can also optimize it considering SEO and conversion analytics.

You’ll be supported by a team of passionate marketing colleagues, responsible for different communication levers. For this position, we’re looking for someone who can own their channels and take the lead on creating content that drives the business’ goals. You are someone that knows how to spot trends and can capitalize on them in the moment. When something isn’t working, you rise to the challenge and find another way. You love to learn and use your creativity to develop new solutions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Create high-quality content for various online channels that drives traffic, generates leads, and fosters loyalty;
  • Manage and implement the translation of content in 4 different languages (English, Dutch, German, and French);
  • Develop an editorial calendar to ensure continual content for our blog and social media channels;
  • Generate content strategies that boost community engagement;
  • Support the Sales team with inbound marketing efforts;
  • Write press releases and coordinate affiliate marketing opportunities;
  • Develop case studies and gather customer stories as social proof for new products and features;
  • Ensure content created is accurate and free of error;
  • Monitor the impact of your work and make adjustments where necessary.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce and/or B2B;
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in Dutch (C2-level/native) and English - French or German are an asset;
  • Experience creating visual assets in Canva, Adobe Suite, or another comparable program;
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and an understanding of page ranking criteria;
  • Experience in managing social media platforms, like LinkedIn and Instagram;
  • Experience with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or a similar tool for tracking traffic and conversion;
  • Experience with using AI tools for automating tasks like blog article outlines, social media captions, etc.;
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and curious.
