What you'll do
At Dyflexis, we're creating the world's most powerful workforce planning software, and we need your expertise to make it even better. Working in a scrum team where passion for technology meets a true no-blame culture, you'll be responsible for building innovative backend solutions that serve 800k+ users worldwide.

The challenge? We're continuously improving our framework, increasing robustness, and optimizing features - all while keeping our platform stable and scalable. You'll work on everything from authorization systems to routing and component interaction. It's a challenging role for sure, but the impact is worth it: your code will directly improve how 800k+ people work across the globe. Here's what that looks like:

  • Design and build scalable backend solutions that keep our platform running smoothly
  • Improve and optimize core features like authorization and routing
  • Work with your scrum team to tackle complex technical challenges
  • Contribute to architectural decisions that shape our platform's future
  • Review code and mentor other developers in our no-blame environment
  • Keep our systems robust while we scale to serve even more users
  • Think along about new features and improvements based on user feedback

Your track record shows

  • You know what it takes to build a solid product (agency experience is a plus)
  • You can inspire peers, as well as other technical and non-tech stakeholders
  • You know your way around PHP, Docker, Kubernetes, and Gitlab
  • Ownership and initiative come naturally to you – you’re on it, always
  • You set systems up from scratch and embrace a ‘build it, run it, love it’ mindset
  • You are a passionate and pragmatic problem-solver: no puzzle is too complex!
