As a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing C&B strategies across multiple countries. You will be the trusted advisor for the EMEA HR team, ensuring competitive, fair, and compliant compensation practices. Working closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders, you will design policies and programs that align with our global HR strategy. This role reports to the HR Director EMEA and collaborates with various internal stakeholders to make a lasting impact.
