Nespresso is looking for a Technical Growth Specialist

At Nespresso, we believe that every cup of coffee offers a unique experience, and we are seeking a Technical Growth Specialist to enhance this journey. In this role, you will leverage innovative technologies and a growth hacking mindset to optimize customer experiences, providing hands-on support to the digital commerce, marketing, and sales teams. You will be part of a dynamic and young team, enjoying the flexibility of hybrid work both at home and in our Amstelveen office.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • As a (technical) expert, you focus on the area of digital operations, providing guidance and recommendations to sales, marketing, and the e-commerce team to deliver a seamless and consistent customer experience across all digital touchpoints from a technical perspective;
  • With your knowledge of CMS and web technologies, you implement optimizations, develop A/B tests, and provide project support to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring website optimization and maximizing the platform's potential;
  • You assist in briefing and optimizing our CRO and development roadmap, collaborating with our digital agency;
  • You are the first point of contact for our Global IT hub for resolving website issues, coordinating technical developments, and implementing new features;
  • You maintain close contact with webmasters in other countries and at our headquarters;
  • You guide an external team that provides support for operational processes and the development of dashboards, enabling effective performance monitoring and analysis;
  • You have an interest in technology and AI tools; you enjoy learning how to optimally utilize these tools and are willing to provide advice to the team on this matter.

The experience you’ll bring:

  • 0-2 years of experience in e-commerce;
  • Experience in web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS systems;
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Power BI, Google Looker Studio, and BigQuery is a plus;
  • Strong commercial mindset;
  • Affinity for a growth hacking mindset;
  • Experience in A/B test setup and development, as well as SEO.

The job offers more than just a challenge:

  • A fulltime position (40 hours per week);

  • Monthly fulltime salary between €3000 - €3500 based on experience;
