Youâll be responsible for bringing the Equalture-brand to life through content. As our Content Marketer Intern, youâll help with shaping our voice and spread our mission of unbiased hiring across different channels. Youâll be writing, creating, and collaborating with various teams to ensure our content reaches the right audience at the right time.
You will work closely with our founders and different teams to create content that educates, engages, and inspires. Youâll report to Julie, our Head of CS & Growth, and work alongside a company that is passionate about making hiring better for everyone.
đ Writing engaging content for our blog, website, emails, and social media;
đ Creating compelling reports and case studies to showcase the impact of unbiased hiring for our audience;
đ¤ Interviewing customers and team members to collect insights and success stories;
đ¨ Creating your designs, and supporting our visual designer;
đ˘ Shaping our brandâs voice and ensuring consistency across all channels;
đ Analysing content performance together with our digital marketer and improving our strategies.
This role is perfect for you if you love storytelling, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to develop your marketing skills while making a real impact. You are a student in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field, and youâre passionate about content creation and storytelling. You know how to write compelling texts and you love turning complex ideas into easy-to-understand and engaging content.
