As a Workforce Management Project Manager, you ensure that every Rituals store has the right people, in the right place, at the right time. With a balance of structure and creativity, you simplify processes, optimise scheduling, and enhance reporting and training to drive operational excellence.

You build strong relationships with stakeholders across markets, translating local needs into smart, effective solutions. Always looking for ways to improve, you refine our workforce management approach, ensuring smooth execution at every step. Through inspiring workshops, you empower our store and area managers to bring out the best in their teams—so they can focus on what truly matters: creating meaningful moments for our customers.

Furthermore, you will:

  • Lead Workforce Management (WFM) projects from strategy to execution, ensuring seamless implementation across markets.
  • Optimise scheduling processes, reporting, and training materials to improve efficiency.
  • Act as the WFM expert, identifying improvements and supporting system enhancements.
  • Organise workshops and training to empower store and area managers.
  • Collaborate with Retail, HR, Finance, and local market teams to implement scalable solutions.
  • Continuously refine WFM tools, processes, and best practices to drive improvement.

As a Workforce Management Project Manager, you excel in offline engagement, leading projects from inception to implementation—including training—to ensure seamless collaboration. On top of this, you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a retail or commercial environment.
  • Experience in workforce management and working with Workforce management tools and / or Quinyx is preferred.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to manage complexity, demonstrate innovative thinking and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

With 12 colleagues, you are part of our young and ambitious Retail Commercial Development Team, which is part of the bigger Retail Team. Our team consists of a fun mix of people with various backgrounds and areas of expertise. We all have a huge sense of commitment, we love to connect with each other, exchange ideas and knowledge (not only about must-go-places to have dinner during the weekend).

You will spend (quite some of) your time at our Amsterdam HQ. We hope you can appreciate the view of one of the most iconic Amsterdam canals.
