Join us as Commercial Performance Business Partner leveraging commercial analytics experience to provide key insights and support for Acquiring & Issuing performance across key commercial activity including Scheme Modelling and contract negotiation support. Working closely with stakeholders in sales and product teams, you will lead commercial analysis for business cases, forward-looking analytics, and support the Commercial Plan process. The role also involves delivering commercial insights for SME Management Forums, as well as broader analytics and performance insights through Coverage dashboards. The ideal candidate should be adept at income scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, and performance management—translating data into financial insights and models, particularly within the context of commercial card scheme negotiations. The position offers significant opportunities for growth.

Purpose of the role

To extract meaningful insights from complex data sets, developing robust decision models, and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders across the departments.

Accountabilities

  • Identification and extraction of relevant data from various internal and external sources.
  • Performing sensitivity analysis and scenario planning.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of the performance of existing models.
  • Development and implementation of data quality control procedures.
  • Building and validation of quantitative models to support decision-making across different business areas.
