Join Us as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager for Retention – Parents & Kids

As the driving force for engagement and retention strategies tailored to families, you’ll own the life stage of Parents & Kids. By eliminating friction, crafting personalized campaigns, and leveraging insights from product feedback, you'll position bunq as a trusted financial partner for both parents and kids. Your mission: help families discover our value quickly, stay engaged longer, and become enthusiastic bunq ambassadors.

Take Ownership

  • Segment and Analyze: Master the Recency, Frequency, and Monetary (RFM) model to uncover family usage patterns. Classify users into targeted segments like "Savings for Newborns" and "Frequent Allowance Transfers" to deliver relevant content and communications.

  • Develop Communication Strategy: For each parent life stage segment, translate product marketing narratives into compelling messaging focused on key concerns, such as allowance management, safe spending limits, and educational resources. Collaborate with channel owners (Together, Social Media, CRM) to execute impactful campaigns.

  • Create a Feedback Loop: Establish and maintain a process to actively engage with users, identifying challenges they face and refining strategies to enhance their bunq experience.

This challenge is perfect for you if

  • You have a proven experience in crafting personalized engagement strategies, ideally within SaaS or subscription-driven businesses

  • You have a comprehensive understanding of digital touch points and channels.

  • You have the ability to translate product marketing strategies into actionable retention initiatives.

  • You have a track record of reducing churn, driving engagement, and developing scalable retention frameworks.
