About the job

Banks must navigate turbulent political climates, adapt to innovative business models, lead in the digital era, and prioritize sustainability. They need to comply with complex regulations, optimize their data, and leverage advanced analytics to gain valuable insights.

Our Banking & Capital Markets (BCM) team helps financial institutions understand new laws and regulations and make the necessary organizational changes to continue to meet their obligations. We also help our clients to identify new opportunities arising from new laws and regulations, which can open up new strategic and commercial opportunities for them.

As a (Senior) Managing Consultant you drive our projects, lead our teams and coach our talents. You want to grow, make an impact, get the best out of yourself and your colleagues. You use your knowledge, insights, creativity and leadership to inspire people and work with our clients in co-creation. You make a significant contribution to the growth of the team and play a pivotal role in shaping our service offerings.

Job requirements

What we will look for in your CV

• 8+ years’ practical experience or professional activity in banking or consulting.
• Innovative spirit and strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Track record of delivering transformation projects for banking & capital markets.
• Team leadership and people development experience
• Continuous professional growth and development.
