Learning & Development Manager

As our Learning & Development Manager - Energy Academy, you will be the architect of impactful learning experiences, transforming our Internal and External Academy programs into dynamic hubs of knowledge and growth. You will elevate our Energy Academy platform, ensuring it becomes an industry-leading resource that inspires both our consultants and clients.

Your mission? Be the catalyst for impactful learning journeys on energy-related topics. You design and coordinate training programs, both online and in-person, anticipating needs and driving professional growth. Your focus: enhancing our internal training curriculum and expanding our external Academy services.

You will work with consultants, senior leadership, and HR to provide strategic insights, support growth, and design impactful training initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients to understand their training needs and create training programs tailored to their learning objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the Internal Academy supporting the professional development of our consultants and securing a continuous learning culture.
• Leading the further development and expansion of our Energy Academy platform.
• Implementing and managing a new Learning Management System (LMS) and online learning tools.
• In collaboration with our consultants, coordinating training programs tailored to different audiences, from ideation to execution. Ensuring high-quality learning experiences in line with our strategic objectives and ambitions.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business needs.
• Continuously improving the Magnus Energy learning ecosystem based on feedback and best practices.

Who we are looking for

You are a self-starter with a passion for learning and development. You enjoy taking the lead in structuring and implementing training programs and have a keen eye for innovation in the field of digital learning. Additionally, the following profile matches you:

• A university Master's degree in education, human resources, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in learning & development, with a focus on LMS implementation and online learning platforms.
• Strong experience in setting up and managing learning journeys.
• Proven track record in coordinating training programs (both online and in-person).
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at different levels.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Prior experience in consultancy or the energy sector will be considered an advantage.
