Manufacturing Lead Operator

We are seeking a Manufacturing Lead Operator to help us with the daily production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• In charge of a team of technicians as direct reports on a daily base.
• Coach and lead the team in terms of daily operations, teambuilding, conversations (midyear and annual review, regular 1:1’s, career conversations, etc.).
• Preparation and execution of production of radio pharmaceutical products.
• Checking all quality requirements of the products within a GMP environment.
• Maintaining batch documentation and writing deviations.
• Optimizing the production processes by actively setting up and proposing points for improvement.
• Performing validation work.
• Remedying first-line failures.

Essential Requirements:

• MBO or HBO degree (Engineering, Biology and Medical Laboratory Research, or Chemical Analyst) or in a similar field, MTS or MLO.
• Knowledge of a pharmaceutical or control production environment.
• Analytical skills that allow you to see what can be improved.
• Attention to detail.
• Previous leadership experience

Nice to have/ Desirable Requirements:

• Experience with production or GMP is an advantage
