The Social Hub is looking for a Junior Treasury Analyst to join the Treasury team to help further build and professionalize the team within the company. In this role, you will assist the day-to-day management of the cash – and liquidity position of the group and all its subsidiaries across Europe. You will first join the treasury team in a supportive role and will gradually grow to manage your own processes and projects. The position is suited for an enthusiastic starter in finance (up to one year of experience) that is keen to learn and build his or her treasury knowledge in a very dynamic and fast-growing international hospitality and real estate company.

You will be based in our office in Amsterdam where you’ll join the Capital Markets and Treasury team. You will report to the Director Capital Markets and Treasury, while working closely together with other finance teams such as Corporate Finance, Accounting, as well as the Tax and Legal teams.

What You'll Do

• Daily cash management including payments and term deposits
• Manage bank accounts & payments and interact daily with our cash management banks
• Provide input for and support in executing the weekly group cash flow forecast
• Support on managing the intercompany funding structure
• Support on external funding for our development projects
• Work with and Learn about Treasury Management System Kyriba
• Ad hoc (admin) support on specific finance projects (acquisitions, disposals, tax related, etc.) within the broader finance team beyond the scope of regular treasury activities.
• Help the Accounting and Control teams with treasury topics in the month-end closing process
• Support the Capital Markets team in sourcing of new debt facilities and day to day management of the existing debt portfolio including KYC process requirements

Who You Are

• Recently graduated with a Bachelor degree in Finance, (Business) Economics, or Accounting.
• You have an analytical mindset, a structured way of working, a strong attention to detail, and you are energized by continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency.
• Fluency in English is essential, command of either Dutch, Italian, French, and/or Spanish is considered a plus.
• A motivated individual with the willingness to learn and grow.
• A good command of Microsoft Excel and eager to further develop your Excel skills
