What will you do?

You will work from the head office in Rijswijk within the Special Projects department. Within this department, you will manage and execute complex projects and programs in the IT, Operations and Commerce domains.

Daily tasks:

• BPR related topics e.g. Cross border claims, AI and software implementation
• (International) Interim management activities to support our operating companies
• Managing complex projects within our Operations and Commerce domains

What do you bring?

• Minimum 8 years of work experience within the insurance industry
• Extensive management experience in claims, operations and business processes
• Hands on, result driven and outspoken stakeholder management on senior level
• Experience with managing and executing complex projects and programs
• Willingness to travel and work in different locations
• Speaking multiple languages and international experience is a plus
