All about the role

Position of the role: The People Experience department is strategic and tactical of nature, focuses on putting forward vision and guidelines for multiple HR areas of expertise to build a strong and compelling employee experience and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to service the JET workforce.

The Senior Director People Experience builds and drives the End to End Employee Experience vision and strategy. In close partnership with (Senior) business leadership and other HR departments, he/she ensures that we deliver a compelling employee experience by connecting all areas of expertise (talent acquisition, employer branding, talent enablement, total rewards & learning) to ensure one consistent and integrated approach across JET resulting in the desired JET workforce experience. The Senior Director People Experience oversees the different Centres of Expertise and has a leading role in building the foundation of the People Experience vision and direction as well as embedding the People Experience concept across the HR organization.

These are some of the key ingredients for the role:

  • Further designs and develops the vision and strategy for People Experience and evolves the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) based on the input received from the business;
  • Ensures the strategy and policy development related to total rewards, learning, talent acquisition & employer brand, and talent enablement are inline with the organization strategy and HR strategy roadmap;
  • Manages various Centres of Expertise - Total Rewards, Talent & Learning, Employee Experience, whilst enabling and facilitating cross-functional collaboration between them to achieve one compelling and consistent employee experience;
  • Own and govern global policies, ensuring an embedded end to end People Experience view;
  • Measures global initiatives - programs and policies - success against set targets and Key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjusts as business requirements dictate, embedding a continuous improvement approach to the function;
  • Uses a persona centric approach to measure employee engagement and discover what employees expect versus what is offered.

Can you deliver?

  • Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management or related subjects, or equivalent experience;
  • Extensive years of experience with increasing responsibility across various HR areas of expertise (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Talent Enablement, Total Rewards, and Learning), with at least 4 years in an HR Generalist Management role;
  • Proven ability to lead teams of professionals and technical experts, responsible for developing and implementing HR strategy and policies. Building high performance teams;
  • Experience in navigating and supporting organizations through the development of People Experience vision, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs and goals;
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate conceptual and strategic thinking with operational execution, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term vision based on business requirements;
  • Capability to connect and align initiatives to broader organizational objectives, particularly within the wider People Experience (PEx)vision.Ability to oversee the integration of initiatives and maintain a cohesive, end-to-end approach to HR strategy;
  • Strong business and commercial acumen with an understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities and advanced influencing skills and stakeholder management capabilities to build and maintain strong networks and enhance the HR brand within the organization;
  • Expertise in managing diverse expertise profiles and fostering collaboration across different teams and proficient in leveraging data analytics and predictive analytics to support HR decision-making and drive impactful initiatives.
