Are you passionate about creating impactful marketing programs that drive healthcare professional engagement and recommendation? As the Trial Program Manager, you will design and execute global trial initiatives for both dental professionals and patients. This role will be instrumental in delivering best practices and driving measurable outcomes. Your role:

Trial Program Leadership

  • Lead the development and execution of Dental Professional and Patient trial programs, ensuring best-in-class delivery across both physical and digital channels.
  • Develop and deliver best practice playbooks for Dental Professional and Patient trial programs, enhancing effectiveness and scalability.

KPI and Performance Management

  • Build and manage KPI dashboards to track performance and impact of DP and Patient trial programs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Partner with Commercial teams to align and standardize global trial SKUs, driving consistency across markets.

Digital Program Oversight

  • Oversee the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Digital and manage relationships with digital agencies to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Continuously innovate trial processes, leveraging digital platforms to enhance participant experience and data collection.

Consultation and Alignment

  • Work closely with regional and global teams to ensure trial programs are effectively integrated into broader marketing strategies, maximizing their impact on recommendation intent.

You're the right fit if:

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B/Healthcare performance marketing, with Dental or Pharma experience preferred.
  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Management, or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record as a driven, entrepreneurial leader with the ability to deliver commercial impact and increase recommendation intent.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
