MISSION

As Senior Product Manager, you are the driving force behind our professional hair care products. You translate our vision and strategy into action (without getting stuck in endless meetings and Excel sheets). You ensure the existing product range grows while developing innovations for the future.

• Develop and present innovative product strategies and business cases that help hair professionals excel.
• Ensure successful product launches, on schedule and within budget.
• Manage and optimize our product portfolio, so it generates revenue while truly adding value for hair professionals.
• Inspire and mentor your colleagues in the product management team to keep growing together.
• Collaborate closely with teams like R&D, sales, and marketing to make a global impact with our products.
• Contribute to a positive work atmosphere and always act as though it’s your own business.

YOU

• Experience and Passion: At least 8 years of experience in product development, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Vision and Creativity: You inspire others and know how to turn innovative ideas into actionable plans.
• Solution-Oriented: You keep a clear overview, even when things don’t go as planned, and stay focused on finding solutions.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: You work with an entrepreneurial mindset and always think long-term.
• Collaboration: You get energized by working with different teams and know how to bring people along with you.
