Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to develop, validate, and verify electrical components, subsystems, and solutions for Interventional Guided Therapy Systems (fixed interventional X-ray systems). Working within a multidisciplinary R&D team, you will apply research results and technological advancements to ensure that our systems (including components, units, and third-party products) meet international standards and safety regulations.

Your Role

  • Drive the design and development of electronics and electrical systems, including defining component requirements, verification, and documentation.

  • Acquire deep knowledge of hardware systems, ensuring compliance with quality, reliability, and patient safety standards.

  • Develop and implement test strategies and plans to meet Safety and EMC international standards, in collaboration with the Norm Compliance and Regulations departments.

  • Collaborate across functions—mechanical engineering, mechatronics, quality assurance, and procurement—to align efforts and ensure project success.

  • Mentor and guide electrical designers, partners, and suppliers, ensuring seamless integration of components into the system.

  • Lead architectural decisions, analyze scenarios, and drive roadmaps to achieve strategic objectives.

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of system requirements, from definition through verification and release, coordinating with marketing, manufacturing, service, procurement, and compliance teams.

You're the Right Fit If:

  • You hold a master’s degree in electrical, electronics, or a related engineering field, with over 10 years of professional engineering experience, including 5+ years in system or electronics development.

  • You bring expertise in power electronics, EMC design, power delivery infrastructure, model-based system engineering, with familiarity in big data/AI applications and preferably in medical industry standards (e.g., IEC60601).

  • You have experience in new product introduction, life-cycle development, and SAFe methodology (preferred).

  • You possess strong leadership and communication skills, excel in cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder management, and maintain a helicopter view of complex projects.

  • You are proactive, quality-driven, and dedicated to continuous improvement and delivering high standards.
