About the Role:
OMA's Rotterdam office is looking for an HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing all aspects of HR processes and the employee lifecycle, working closely with the HR team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding personnel policies, people operations, and employment conditions. Additionally, you will provide expert advice and ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
The HR department in Rotterdam oversees and implements processes and policies related to the employee lifecycle across OMA's global offices. This includes areas such as recruitment, employee benefits, salary administration, sick leave, health and safety, and immigration procedures.
We are looking for an organized, hands-on professional with a people-first mindset, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of HR policies. If you have experience managing day-to-day HR operations, including immigration processes such as visa applications and leave management within the Netherlands, and are eager to contribute to an international environment, we encourage you to apply.
