For our location in Breda, where we make our famous Mentos, we are looking for a new team member.

About the role

The FDM Officer (PM, Packed BoM) plays a critical role in managing and maintaining data related to packaging materials and Bill of Materials of packed goods within the systems used by PVM BLX (SAP, PDR, IPMS, other).

The position is focused on maintaining and updating relevant data, ensuring accuracy, integrity and completeness for:

• PM specifications in PDR (Phase 1)
• Packaging BoMs in PDR (Phase 3b)
• Packaging BoMs in SAP

In scope are the 4 manufacturing sites of BLX (Breda, Weert, Sittard, Andelst), plus support copacking locations under direct management PVM Europe.

Collection, analysis and assessment of information from external parties (PM suppliers) and close cooperation with Packaging Development Team are crucial to be successful in the position.

FDM Officer (PM, Packed BOM) will also support issue of documents (i.e. Quality Files for FG manufactured in BLX or LCA Life Cycle Assessment) where a consolidation of available / approved data and information extracted from PDR / SAP is necessary, ensuring that all relevant documentation is complete and up to date for compliance and audit purposes.

This position will also work in close contact with cross-functional teams of BLX Supply Chain Department such as Manufacturing, Procurement, P&T (Packaging, Quality), Group Packaging, MDM, other OC’s FDM teams and GRDQ Data & System Management Team.

The ideal recipe for our candidate

We are looking for;

• Bachelor’s degree in food technology/Supply Chain or similar.
• At least 2+ years of experience in the FMCG (food, beverages);
• Strong communicator;
• Fluent in English
• Familiarity with SAP and data management software is preferred
• Strong attention to details and accuracy in data management
• Organizational and time management skills
