Global Cash Management & Data Analytics Specialist

Job Description

The Global Treasury of JDE Peet’s manages all treasury and corporate finance activities across the group and its worldwide operating entities. This includes:

• Funding & Capital Structure: External financing, capital allocation, and financial policy.
• Financial Risk Management: Managing foreign exchange, interest rates, equity, and other market risks.
• Banking & Investor Relations: Strengthening global banking partnerships and relationships with fixed-income investors and rating agencies.
• Liquidity & Cash Flow Optimization: Ensuring efficient cash management and investment strategies.
• Corporate Finance & Treasury Operations: Overseeing trade finance, insurance programs, treasury front & back office, control, accounting, and reporting.

Your Impact: Global Cash Management & Data Analytics

In this role, you will drive efficiency in two key areas:

🔹 Cash Management

• Optimize global liquidity by centralizing funds and implementing cash pooling structures.
• Maintain accurate short- and long-term cash flow forecasting.
• Strengthen relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Identify new opportunities to enhance efficiency and maximize interest income.

🔹 Data Analytics

• Lead the adoption of advanced analytics to automate and improve treasury insights.
• Utilize tools like Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Databricks to provide real-time financial visibility.
• Deliver actionable insights that inform high-level decision-making.

Collaboration & Growth :

You will regularly engage with senior stakeholders, regional finance teams, and banking partners, balancing strategic objectives with hands-on execution. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The role requires a level of flexible working conditions as it requires an advanced ability to deal with complex issues with urgency and across all time zones. It is also needed to support the international business needs and occasional travel may be required for maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of proven track record in finance/treasury in a multinational company, financial institution, or treasury consulting firm.
• Academic (or equivalent) degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Econometrics, and/or professional qualifications such as CFA or FRM.
• Advanced understanding of global cash management practices.
• Advanced understanding of the impact of Treasury decisions and actions on corporate P&L and Balance Sheets.
• Bold, assertive mindset looking for permanent challenge.
• Eagerness to challenge the status quo.
• A strong passion for technology paired with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work with dynamic, stretch deadlines on highly complex topics, translating ideas into actions, and actions into plans.
• Advanced MS Excel user.
• At least minimal experience with programming languages such as VBA, Python, SQL, or others in a workplace environment.
