About this role:

The Sales Strategy and Operations Team ensures that the ever evolving sales organization at JET runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting the sales strategy and driving flawless execution. Team members are strategic, analytical and have a pragmatic sense on how to get things done. We’re searching for a highly experienced Process Manager to design and optimize end-to-end sales processes that directly impact the success of our sales teams.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Develop and streamline sales processes: Design, refine, and implement end-to-end sales processes that enhance performance and scalability.
  • Analyze complex sales processes to find ways to boost productivity, reduce costs & improve time-management;
  • Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with sales and senior stakeholders to understand workflows, identify challenges, and introduce solutions to improve productivity and effectiveness.
  • Build and transition to globally consistent sales processes and workflows that are scalable and guarantee a smooth partner experience;
  • Maintain documentation, procedures and policies, communicate changes to stakeholders and oversee any relevant training;
  • Business case development: Build clear and concise business cases from process discovery to justification of investments in resources or tooling that enhance sales capabilities.

What will you bring to the table?

  • Proven experience in process management;
  • Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable
  • Data driven, customer experience focused, proactive, creative, innovative and hands-on mindset;
  • Building relationships and stakeholder management across different departments;
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organizations;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth business.
