All about the role

We are looking for a Creative Project Manager Intern to support both the management and creative aspects of our internal marketing intranet site, a knowledge-sharing platform for the global marketing community at Just Eat Takeaway. You will work across multiple pillars including Brand, Sponsorships, Creative Studio, and Regional Teams (including the UK), contributing to various high-impact initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on experience in project management while also honing your creative skills in design and user experience.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role

• Assist with the design and visual layout of the marketing intranet site, ensuring it remains engaging, user-friendly, and in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate the management and execution of the intranet project, ensuring deadlines are met and content updates are made in a timely manner.
• Work with the Marketing Operations team to streamline and improve global marketing processes.
• Collaborate with Brand, Sponsorships, Creative Studio, and Regional Teams to ensure their content and campaigns are accurately represented on the intranet site.
• Help create campaign documentation and assets for the intranet, ensuring content is well-organised and easy to navigate.
• Support the collection of usage data and feedback from teams, assisting with quarterly reports that measure the impact and adoption of the intranet.

What will you bring to the table?

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. You must be enrolled for the duration of the internship
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma is a plus but not a need
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Available full time for a period of 6 months.
