In this role, you’ll work closely with marketing colleagues, cross-functional teams, and internal and external subject matter experts to ensure the motion & video strategy amplifies FeedbackFruits’ vision and value proposition.

This role is pivotal in driving FeedbackFruits’ international growth by crafting and executing motion and video strategies that amplify thought leadership, establish brand and product authority, and deepen engagement across the buyer and user journey. Your contributions will align closely with our long-term strategic initiatives, shaping the foundation for our growth in the years to come.

🎯 About the job:

Motion & video creation (50%)

  • Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content to support thought leadership and funnel initiatives. This includes marketing campaigns, product releases, help center articles, product explainers, promotional materials, onboarding, and other brand-focused initiatives.

  • Edit raw footage into polished videos, incorporating transitions, graphics, sound design, and effects to enhance storytelling.

Video strategy (40%)

  • Develop and own the video strategy, determining formats and storytelling methods that align with brand goals and audience needs, while identifying when additional support or resources are required.

  • Define success metrics for video content and campaigns, using tools like HubSpot, YouTube Analytics, or social media insights to measure performance (e.g., views, engagement, conversion rates).

  • Use performance data to refine the strategy and identify opportunities for improvement or experimentation.

  • Experiment with new tools, techniques, and trends to elevate the quality and impact of our video content.

Collaboration & innovation (10%)

  • Partner with product and marketing teams to translate key messaging and objectives into engaging visual narratives.

  • Ensure all video and motion assets align with brand guidelines, contributing to a consistent and professional visual identity.

  • Propose and implement new ideas to enhance the effectiveness and creativity of motion and video content across platforms.

Your experience:

Scale-ups provide phenomenal opportunities for growth, but they require adaptability and creativity. You will thrive if you are ready to bring a blend of strategic insight, visual storytelling expertise, and a data-driven approach to this role.

You have:

  • A degree in graphic design, animation, multimedia, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience and a strong portfolio showcasing your motion design work, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to convey complex ideas through visual storytelling.

  • Expertise in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Blender, and Photoshop for creating motion graphics, video editing, and visual design.

  • Proven experience in motion design and video production, ideally within EdTech, education, or a similar industry.

  • Strategic thinking to conceptualize and implement a video strategy that aligns with broader organizational goals.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
