What Will You Do as a Tactical Buyer?
As a German-speaking Tactical Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing goods and services for the Indirect scope of the Vattenfall organization in Germany, covering the categories IT, HR, Facility Management (FM) and Contingent Workforce (CW) for the threshold of Tactical Sourcing. You will work closely with both your procurement colleagues and various business stakeholders from different business areas and visiting the Berlin office.
In this role, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful difference in how we procure and collaborate, with a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and digitalization. The Tactical Sourcing team has been recently insourced. This gives you the unique opportunity to contribute together with your colleagues to the setup and development of the new team, shaping its structure and processes.
As part of a team of seven members, you’ll be able to share ideas, shape processes, and enjoy a flexible, collaborative environment where everyone’s input is valued.
