In this internship, you will be part of the European Operations Projects team at Danone. Our purpose is to manage our factories' material productivity tracking and reporting. During this internship, you will collaborate with both the central European team and the Project Managers at the EU factories. Your main responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and further developing our PowerBI dashboard based on available data in different systems.
• Analyzing and visualizing productivity reporting from EU factories.
• Analyzing and visualizing project information.
• Co-leading process automation within our European Project Management environment and maintaining and further developing different project tools.
• Providing support on day-to-day tasks of the Portfolio Manager.

About you

As an Operations Business Analyst intern, stakeholder management and data optimization will be second nature to you. You can analyze data, create data-driven insights, and have strong Excel, Power Query, and Power BI skills. On top of that? You’re a proactive person with strong communication skills who can work both independently and in a team.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a HBO/Master's student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university).
• Ideally available to start in March 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week.
• You are fluent in English – written and verbal.
• You are willing to relocate/travel to Hoofddorp, NL when needed (hybrid working).
• Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance of 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
