Stryker’s ProCare Service team is seeking a talented and data-driven Business Service Analyst to join us at our Amsterdam office. Our ProCare team works closely with Stryker customers to safeguard the functionality and longevity of their equipment through preventive maintenance and repair solutions.

The ProCare Service Analyst is responsible for developing, analyzing and modelling operational, commercial, management and other organization data to support business strategies & operations. This role combines data analysis with internal customer engagement; focusing on service contracts & field and workshop repair activities while ensuring data-driven insights are communicated effectively to support decision-making processes.

What you will do:

  • Management of ProCare operational and commercial performance reports in PBI, maintain and update existing reports
  • Create and maintain new reports to support the operational oversight of the business
  • Support key projects with data requests – build data insights that will help steer projects and drive improvements in our operations.
  • Operational changes to systems/process – supporting others with key initiatives, create new ways to systematically manage processes
  • Maintain data sets for commercial reporting tools – creates and manage reporting related to commercial performance; recognize and assess problems, opportunities and methods for improving existing reports
  • Create a standardized way to track operational and commercial KPIs as well as creating a consistent method to report back to the business
  • Document performance criteria used for evaluating trends and activities
  • Assist in preparing reports, charts, graphs, tables, and other tools for business reviews; contribute to strategic planning with data insights and KPI reporting
  • Create organizational governance for data – work with key stakeholders to map out our existing data set up and build a plan that aligns our business reporting with the wider organization; work with others to change practice where appropriate
  • Utilize statistical methods and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, advance Excel, Power BI, Oracle, SAP) to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights related to ProCare service contracts, repairs, service sales activity
  • Work with others to assist projects with data requirements

What you need:

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, sales support, or customer-facing roles
  • Must have proficiency in business and data analysis including tools and related software (e.g., SQL, advance Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines
  • Fluent in English

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred but not essential – ideally in data science, business, industrial engineering or a related field
  • Experience working with diverse teams and cultures
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Familiarity with sales tools and data visualization
