Wat we vragen

• Relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (Information Technology, Business Administration, Analytics).
• ~7 years of experience in Supply Chain or in IT / D&A in the relevant domain.
• Solid track record of delivering Digital solutions independently at least for 5 years.
• Able to speak both business and IT language to make a good connection between business needs and digital solutions.
• Experience in a Product Owner role.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Understanding the domain data model and SAP experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and preferably Python. Knowledge of Azure DB highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and interpret complex data.
• Deep understanding of business processes and strategies, with the ability to align data insights with business objectives.

As a Senior Analytics Translator, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that data-driven insights are effectively communicated and utilized. Your primary goal is to translate business requirements into digital solutions that drive business decisions and innovation.

• You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document their specific requirements.
• You translate this into user-friendly and visually appealing Power BI dashboards or other digital solutions. These prototypes are validated with the stakeholders, incorporating their feedback to ensure they are accurate and functional.
• You use data engineering skills to ETL data in Azure Databricks environment if needed.
• Once finalized you work alongside the IT Data & Analytics (D&A) team and the functional Operational Excellence (OPEX) team to ensure smooth deployment of these solutions.
• Post-deployment, you will continuously monitor the performance of these solutions, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to ensure they continue to meet the evolving business needs and drive operational efficiency. You create quarterly/yearly plans for solution delivery in one domain.
• You are the Product Owner from Business side for the respective domain. You steer priorities in the IT DevOps team.
• In this role it’s important to influence senior business and IT stakeholders to create and deliver solutions that work and can be delivered efficiently.
• You tap into the Digital End-to-End team or through own initiative to keep them up to date on technical developments, that could support delivering on the business opportunities.
• You proactively share best practices, ideas and insights, with the domain team to use those technical developments in solutions for the business opportunities.

The new Digital Supply Chain and R&D team in FrieslandCampina is created by merging 3 Digital and Data & Analytics teams. We will enable the realization of business goals by developing digital solutions across the entire chain: R&D, procurement, planning, make, technical & logistics. We’re driving competitive advantage for FrieslandCampina by treating our data and analytics as a strategic asset. Working closely with business stakeholders and the specialists of our global IT department, together with the team of data and analytics experts, you will play a crucial role in shaping and realizing this journey. Our new team is engaged in many high impact projects and strategies. From fit-for-purpose tooling to data management, reporting, adoption and data-driven decision making, to automation and data science. You report to the Manager Digital End-to-End and are part of the Global Supply Chain organization. The Digital Supply Chain and R&D team consists of 25 members located in the Netherlands. Together we are driving the Data agenda of FrieslandCampina Supply Chain and R&D, creating an engaging journey for our 10,000 professionals to become true data citizens. Come join us!
