Are you passionate about communication, training, and project coordination? Do you want to dive into data-driven transformation within HEINEKEN and bring your unique perspective and skills to a team that values creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking?

If so, this might just be the place for you! We’re looking for an enthusiastic intern to support our efforts in fostering a data-driven culture across the organization and enabling AI adoption.

In this role, you will assist in enhancing our communication, change management, training, and Data & AI capability-building initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Data & AI literacy projects: assist in planning and executing projects focused on improving data literacy and AI skills, including organizing competitions, gamification activities, and tracking participant progress.
  • Research AI trends: conduct research on the latest developments in AI and innovation, and present findings to the team to inform ongoing initiatives.
  • Develop engaging social media content: create and contribute to the development of engaging content such as instructional videos, data visualizations, and interactive gamified tools to support training and communication strategies.

The terms of employment

  • The duration of the internship is 6 months
  • The internship is fulltime
  • You are registered at an European university and in your final bachelor or your master year
  • It is a practice-oriented internship
  • You will be based in Amsterdam, working 3 days from our Office and 2 days from home
  • You will receive an internship fee of €650 gross per month based on 40 hours per week (when you start from January 2025 onwards)
  • You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month
  • If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed
  • Drinks with Heineken colleagues every Thursday!

  • Good command of graphic and video editing tools (e.g., CANVA, CLIPCHAMP, etc.).

Conditions of HEINEKEN

  • You are enrolled at an educational institution.
  • In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution.
  • In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
  • Physical presence at the location of your internship. We believe that you learn most when you can work directly with your colleagues. It is therefore not possible to work completely remote and HEINEKEN does not facilitate housing.
