What are you going to do

The Manager Security Operations is tasked with defining and executing the security operations strategy for the BAM group, managing the team’s performance, and creating a robust cyber security framework. They ensure threat management, implement preventive measures, support audits, and lead incident response efforts. Additionally, they design and oversee the Cybersecurity Architecture in alignment with the company’s Enterprise Architecture.

• Develop and implement the BAM group’s Security Operations strategy;
• Lead the Security Operations team and take accountability for its performance;
• Design, implement, and maintain a global cybersecurity framework for systems, applications, and data;
• Monitor threats, conduct vulnerability analyses, and lead incident response planning;
• Develop and maintain a Cybersecurity Architecture that aligns with the Enterprise Architecture.

• A salary between € 7.940,- and € 9.930,- gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience. This is based on a 40-hour working week and excludes 8% holiday pay;
• Good secondary employment conditions in accordance with the Construction and Infrastructure collective labor agreement, such as a budget for sustainable employability (2,18%), variable compensation, 25 vacation days, 15 schedule free days and 3 short-term absenteeism days per calendar year;
• Reimbursement of your travel costs (100% public transport or a kilometer allowance), laptop and iPhone;

Who are we looking for?

You have a master’s degree and a strong background in cyber security, with at least 10 years of relevant experience. You demonstrate expertise in IT infrastructure, architecture, and management techniques, combined with a deep understanding of agile methodologies and data engineering.

• A master’s degree (e.g., Engineering, Physics, or CISSP/CISM certification);
• At least 10 years of experience in Cyber Security;
• Proven knowledge of management techniques, IT infrastructure, and IT architecture;
• Experience with application consulting, agile working methods, and data engineering;
• A strong understanding of cyber security principles and frameworks.
