What are you going to do?

Do you have several years of work experience as a Backend Developer? Are you looking for a role where you can introduce, design, and build new systems? At Nedap, you will work on applications that enhance the automation of business processes.

As a member of the BAT team, you will help us introduce standard solutions for onboarding, billing, offboarding, and more. You will also be expected to map out legacy solutions, identify the underlying problems, and translate these into standard solutions. Naturally, you will do this in collaboration with your team. Our primary focus is on Healthcare solutions, but we also look at how our solutions can address similar issues in other market groups at Nedap. Therefore, it is crucial that you have a strong interest in identifying, abstracting, and solving problems. This sometimes means working with tools other than the standard ones used within the team. A significant initial task in this role is to map out and develop a financial module together. This will help us achieve a better distribution of roles within the organization for the future.

Your responsibilities

As a BAT'er, you help us introduce new solutions in the areas of onboarding, billing, various integrations, offboarding, and more. This also involves mapping out legacy solutions, identifying the root cause behind the problem, and translating these into standard solutions. Naturally, you do this in collaboration with your team.

Our primary focus is on healthcare solutions, but we also look at how our solutions can address similar problems in other market segments served by Nedap.

It is therefore important that you have a strong interest in identifying, abstracting, and solving problems. This means you may occasionally need to work with tools other than the standard ones used within the team.

This includes billing as well as improving the transparency of billing processes for the finance team and account managers. Together, we are designing a technical architecture and developing this project using the Scrum methodology. Through this, we aim to create better role distribution within the organization for the future.

We embrace a critical mindset and want you to think about the best solution direction for the current situation but also for the future.

A good match with the team and your other colleagues is crucial for us. You should be able to understand your colleagues, our users, and other stakeholders. We are looking for someone who actively wants to collaborate with us to achieve our goals and is not afraid to innovate and work together to find the best solution.
