The Shell Graduate Programme is a leadership development program that develops future leaders of Shell. It is a 3-year program to grow future leaders that provides you the necessary tools to grow your leadership skills and realize your full potential through on-the-job training, formal training and coaching.
Joining as a Graduate gives you an opportunity to showcase your capacity to analyse situations and propose purposeful solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals; adaptability to changing environments, learner mindset, drive to deliver results; and collaborate and nurture relationships as you work effectively with a diverse team.
Work locations for technical roles are Pernis, Moerdijk, Amsterdam and The Hague. Work locations for commercial/functional roles are Rotterdam, The Hague and Amsterdam.
Start dates for the Graduate Programme are February, May and November 2025.

Within your three years in the programme, you will be molded to be a future leader through a range of development opportunities which may include job rotations, on-the-job challenges, formal training and coaching.
At Shell, we empower graduates to take ownership of your own development. Co-created by you and your line manager to make the best of your individual strengths, your unique plan is an agreed course of action to help you keep track of your progress and steer your learning. Using this plan as a guide, you will actively manage your development while your line manager will provide the necessary enablement.
At the end of your programme, your performance and achievements will be reviewed. Upon a successful outcome, an exciting next phase of the journey will commence.
