As a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer brand shipping to over 90 countries worldwide, ecommerce plays a major role in our global success. Our focus lies in delivering unparalleled service to our online visitors, driving continuous innovation and improvement with meticulous attention to detail. All while upholding the highest luxury standards within the digital realm.

The ideal candidate is passionate about managing and optimizing complex technical infrastructures and driving long-term digital projects. You bridge business objectives with technical execution to guarantee an impeccable digital customer experience. With a focus on managing large-scale projects that involve navigating diverse stakeholder needs and integrating multiple third-party systems, you will manage the execution of the product roadmap. Our Product Owner is also expected to play a hands-on role in ensuring the smooth delivery of day-to-day web development tasks, providing guidance and oversight from creation to final execution on smaller, high-impact updates.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Leading and executing large-scale digital projects involving the integration of multiple systems and functionalities (e.g., stock, local pricing and tax rates, payment systems, external APIs) while ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholders and business needs;
  • Overseeing and supporting the execution of daily web development tasks;
  • Monitoring digital performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvements, making data-driven decisions to refine and enhance product features;
  • Ensuring a timely delivery of the roadmap, taking the lead in regular communication with stakeholders and evaluating priorities as needed based on evolving business needs;
  • Maintaining direct communication with our developers and internally with relevant stakeholders to drive large digital projects.

Your qualifications

  • 2-4 years of work experience in digital product management in an ecommerce D2C environment;
  • Demonstrated experience with ecommerce platforms and CMS (experience with Prestashop and/or WordPress is a plus);
  • Proven agile experience in working with development teams;
  • Solid understanding of web development trade-offs, backlog prioritization, and technical interplay between systems and how they are connected;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where quick decisions and input are required;
  • A pro-active, independent attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset;
  • Oral and written fluency in English.

This role offers

  • An open work environment where creativity and ideas are appreciated;
  • An informal, positive, and dynamic working atmosphere;
  • The possibility to work one or two days per week from home;
  • 25 days of vacation;
  • The possibility to work remotely (10 business days per year);
  • Fresh, organic fruit and sports facilities;
  • Yearly team building events;
  • Provided MacBook and iPhone;
  • A bicycle leasing program;
  • The Artipoppe employee discount program;
  • 36 – 40 hours a week at the Artipoppe office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Join our team in redefining luxury ecommerce and shaping the future of digital. Please apply to careers@artipoppe.com, enclosing your Curriculum Vitae and letter of motivation.
