Throughout the traineeship program, the trainee will complete three assignments in different departments, offering a comprehensive understanding of Finance & Control (FC). These assignments will take place over three 6-month periods, rotating between Corporate FC (Group Control), Business Unit (FPA/BS), and Project Control.

YOUR IMPACT

As an FC trainee, you will bring innovative perspectives and fresh ideas to improve processes and enhance efficiency. Through rotations across various departments, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of FC and acquire the skills necessary to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements. Your generalist perspective will be essential in driving cross-departmental collaboration and strengthening overall decision-making processes.

Furthermore, you will be involved in:

  • Process Improvement: Contribute innovative ideas to optimize operational processes.
  • Cross-departmental Collaboration: Utilize insights gained across departments to foster better teamwork.
  • Financial Insights: Support decision-making by analyzing and reporting key financial data.
  • Corporate FC: Understand and contribute to Group Control and corporate finance processes.
  • Business Unit FC: Engage with financial planning, analysis, and business support.
  • Project Control: Contribute to project-based financial management and decision-making.

  • A degree (WO/HBO) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, International Business, Econometrics, or a related field.
