To continue on our mission, we’re looking for a highly organised Brand Marketeer to join our Brand Marketing team. Our Brand Marketing team is an international team of outspoken personalities who are all about teamwork, collaboration and encouragement. In this role, you’d be responsible for brand, content and partner marketing at TicketSwap, particularly for the more mature markets, such as The Netherlands and Belgium. Our brand & content marketing team focuses on both our fans (B2C) and our partners (B2B).

What you can expect from the work

Based in Amsterdam working from our HQ, you will:

  • Be responsible for the execution of the marketing strategy in the Netherlands and Belgium. Manage incoming marketing requests across these markets, with the flexibility to support other markets as needed depending on workload;
  • Create brand marketing activities for TicketSwap: inbound (B2B & B2C), content marketing, partner marketing, PR and external comms, consumer branding, and guerrilla marketing;
  • Coordinate brand activations at sponsored events, including club nights, artist showcases and major festivals, working closely with the Partnerships team to plan and execute activations alongside PR campaigns;
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to communicate priorities, discuss future opportunities, raise or respond to potential resourcing issues and communicate timelines across the teams ensuring the correct campaigns are prioritised to meet team/company objectives;
  • Analyze, optimize, initiate and prioritize marketing activities based on the specific metrics established, and track key success metrics to regularly report to the Head of Marketing and other stakeholders;
  • Set up a reporting structure for all incoming marketing requests to internal stakeholders: evaluation and reporting success of all events in line with the set objectives and KPIs;
  • Collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure all activations comply with government regulations, health and safety standards, police and fire requirements, and licensing obligations. This includes completing any necessary documentation or certifications.

About you

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master's degree and at least 3 - 5 years of work experience in Marketing or Project Management in the creative industry;
  • Excellent communicator, with great time-management and interpersonal skills;
  • Experienced with producing content;
  • Knowledge of how to create budgeting processes and tracking;
  • A proven track record in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in an organized, timely and efficient manner;
  • A self-starter with the ability to proactively bring creative ideas to the table;
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools, and the ability to produce platform-specific content;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English are required, any additional languages are considered a plus;
  • An affinity with either live music or sports events;
  • Available and flexible to international travel, sometimes at short notice.
