Energy System Planning is a future-oriented unit, optimized to react to fast-changing external conditions. We develop a vision for a climate-neutral energy system of the future and how our onshore/offshore electricity system can adapt to these challenges in the smartest way.

In this challenging role you're responsible for:

• Lead the further development, optimization and standardization of the improvement on the portfolio management process (PMP) at TenneT;
• Develop a Performance Management Culture working together with different areas at TenneT;
• Ensure quality assurance and data analysis of the portfolio improvement to initiate improvement initiatives and enable company wide steering;
• In the Future Design Committee develop objectives and key results (OKR's) for the design chain;
• Develop and provide business unit reports and key figures to support decision-making, regarding financials, developments, objectives and KPI's;
• Support the Director of the Unit to prepare Performance Dialogues and yearly planning of the unit;
• Prepare and follow up on quarterly portfolio management process events together with the PMO;
• Drive the necessary change that is required to successfully steer a portfolio together with the PMO;
• Support the (Associate) Director as advisor of the Future Design Committee and support on the preparation of the Asset Committee (both decision making bodies).

Jouw profiel en achtergrond

• Een universitair diploma in een economisch/technisch vak of een vergelijkbare kwalificatie;
• You bring knowledge of portfolio management of projects and ideally have implemented this already;
• Change Management is a field you gained multiple years of experience in;
• With your strong intrinsic motivation, proactive approach, and ability to network with other departments you make the change a success;
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured way of working is enabling for this position;
• Very good Dutch and English skills complete your profile.
