In a nutshell

Our People team strives to revolutionize learning & development in the same way that Picnic has shaking up grocery delivery. Picnic’s central team is built up out of 1000 talented individuals spread across three main locations: Amsterdam, Paris and Dusseldorf. In the role of Learning & Development Associate, you're part of the central L&D team at our Amsterdam office. Working closely together with the broader People team. You're the first point of contact for the Picnic central team for all L&D related topics. Being a true team player you're constantly working with the rest of the L&D team and other colleagues within the whole of Picnic. You are ready to take on diverse challenges, curious and driven to go above and beyond and showing an “anything is possible” attitude!

What you’ll do

  • Supporting L&D team within our Amsterdam office
  • Planning and coordinating trainings and other L&D programs
  • Finding external locations for programs
  • Improving L&D processes continuously
  • Documenting evaluations and feedback

About you

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR or similar
  • 0-2 years of working experience, preferably in HR and/or L&D
  • Experienced in working with Google Sheets
  • Experience with Workday is a big plus
  • Strong admin skills and the ability to keep a clear overview
  • An eye for detail and highly service oriented
  • You are an organizational talent who takes ownership
  • You are an energetic and confident team player with a positive mindset
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written. Dutch, German or French is an advantage
