We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Associate to join our finance team. The FP&A Associate will support financial planning and analysis activities across our global operations. This role will work closely with various departments to provide accurate financial insights and assist in driving the company's financial performance.

You will:

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track business performance.
  • Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes, including variance analysis and management reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and provide financial insights.
  • Assist in identifying financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to management.

What We're Looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a global brand or ecommerce environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
  • Basic understanding of global markets and sales channels is preferred.
