What will you be doing!
As a Service Readiness Coordinator, you will work as part of the Service Desk, supporting and working with our global team of IT and OT-software engineers.
Within the service readiness team, you are responsible for the timely transition of new customer sites into the service organization (Service Take Over’s) and to manage the setup and implementation of support for new identified products (Product Take Over’s).
You demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills to interact with stakeholders within the service and project organizations, identify requirements and manage deliverables from multiple parties in line with the timeline plan.
You are acting as the linking pin between project management, contract & account management, and your colleagues within the service support areas to ensure high quality remote support for our customers' operations.
ResponsibilitiesYou have strong planning & organizational abilities, together with an entrepreneurial approach in which you are not afraid to take the initiative and make decisions. You have excellent communication skills, and you have a solution-driven mentality.
