However, within this innovative and dynamic environment, we are committed to achieving big goals year after year.

We are looking for a highly skilled E-commerce Business Analyst to join the team for Rituals.com and our app.

You gather business requirements from your stakeholders (e.g., the UX or content team) and you translate them to technical requirements for the development team.

This matches you as an analytical, well-organized Business Analyst. Amongst others, you:

  • Truly want to understand the business input for new functionalities so you can optimally translate them into refined and detailed user stories on the backlog, ready for the development teams to work on.
  • You are the go-to person for technical questions and work with architects, developers and other tech stakeholders and analyse technical solutions for projects.
  • You share knowledge through clear diagrams and well-written requirements.
  • You serve as the technical expert for website-related queries.
  • Create diagrams and flow charts to visualize the best solution and you think about and discuss the impact on the other platforms and backbone systems.
  • Take pride in delivering a great product together with the team (Product Owners, Business Analysts, Testers and external development teams).

Bring all of you

  • You have 4+ year experience as a E-commerce Business Analyst and know your way around big development projects
  • You are confident in leading analysis on integrations (APIs, JSONs and XMLs do not scare you)
  • You enjoy technical discussions with architects, developers and other tech colleagues
  • You are proficient with Jira, Confluence, Figma and LucidChart
  • You have great planning and organizational skills and do not take no for an answer
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to build up your network
